Hello! My name is Brie and I’m excited to meet you! I am a fitness and wellness coach specializing in helping women fall in love with their bodies by healing their relationship with food and discovering their fitness. As someone who has struggled with overeating and being overweight, I understand how hard it can be to make the change to live a healthier life. Exercise has helped me shift my mindset to viewing food as fuel rather than comfort. I can help you make this change as well step by step.
My training focuses on functional movements, strength training, and high intensity short duration conditioning workouts designed for maximum efficiency in getting you fit and healthy. This combination of strength and conditioning in addition to a proper nutrition intervention will help you lose fat, increase your energy levels, and feel great about your body!
I train in one on one, semi-private, small group training, and even bootcamp settings.
