In-depth fitness/ posture assessments, dietary compliance reports, flexibility routines, SAQ programs, dance/pilates and core conditioning integrated into programs depending on personal needs and my suggestions.
For one-on-one clients: Expect a typical session to feel personal, yet professional. Learn to work out smarter and more efficiently. No workout will ever be the same and each one will teach you something new about your body. Programs are progressive and tailored to each clients specific needs.
Sessions are held at various locations and in-home training is also available.
