CrossFit Judge and Personal Functional Fitness Trainer
My name is Tamer Nas. I am an Olympic Weightlifting Trainer, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, CrossFit Judge and Personal Functional Fitness Trainer.
I have been dealing with various sports since my childhood and gained experience in many fields such as, martial arts, fitness, and outdoor sports.
Finally I came to a point that I met CrossFit. Since then, I believe that the functional fitness with high intensity is the most effective way of reaching one’s targets and accomplishing self awareness. With this concept, I believe in preparing you for the unknown and unknowable. When there is an unexpected or unforseen event of any activity that requires your physical strength or mental state, you will be ready more than anyone else. It can be a natural disaster, or a moment that you need your physical strenght and determination of your mind as an answer.
Furthermore, dealing with weights is an unavoidable factor in human life and not knowing how to do it correctly, is the reason for many injuries. Therefore, as my specialty, I chose Olympic Weightlifting. I got my Olympic Weightling Trainer Certificate from the National Olympic Weightlifting Federation of Republic of Turkey. Turkey’s National Olympic Weightlifting team is one of the best teams in the world. Every Olympic Games or World Championships Turkey gets at least a gold medal. I was so lucky that my trainers were the national olympic weightlifting coaches and was trained by them specially.
In any field of life, we are all responsible for our communities, environment, the individuals and the creation that lives within.I strongly believe that changing our environment and the community that we live in, starts from within by changing ourselves in every aspect of life with the ultimate goal to become better human beings. Therefore, in order to create healthy, happy, and peaceful communities, I believe in enhancing and elevating the quality of individual lives and sustaining this progress through passing it on to future generations.
Through functional training technics and methods, I intent to enhance the individual’s daily life activity, mobility and quality in order to protect the person from unexpected acute or long term cause injuries.
I believe that by having a healthy physical life and freedom of mobility, the person will have a peaceful state of mind and be able to experience a happier life.
What Does a Personal Training Session look like?
In my personal training sessions, according to one’s needs and the area of improvement of his or her desire, a special training program will be determined. You will be privately and professionally receive your training under pre, during, and post work out sessions. No matter of what your background or age is, you will receive an analyses of your medical condition history, current injuries, your current status of physical activity level and the goals you would like to accomplish, in order to provide you the right way of training and its scaling.
Moreover, you will be advised on dietary in accordance with your training program.
My Personal Training sessions will help to improve the one’s personal endurance, metabolic conditioning, agility, mental determination and coordination.
Tips: Work Out of the Day (WOD) changes according to individual’s needs and aim.
Trainingwise, it will be in various forms of METCON, GYMNASTICS, and WEIGHTLIFTING movements.
WOD also changes according to its priorities such as:

- TIME PRIORITY TRAINING
- MONO STRUCTURED TRAINING
